EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping is a form of acupressure based on the same energy points used in traditional Chinese acupuncture, however no needles are used. I will show you how to tap specific acupressure points and use psychology techniques to calm down your nervous system, creating new pathways and pleasant changes for you.
